Upload more than one original in a DIR

Hi all,

is possible to upload more than one original document at a time into a DIR (for DMS than for Easy DMS) ?

Hi Marco

If you are using EasyDMS and are creating a new DIR there are a possibility.

If you have the registry setting: CreateDocsWithManyOriginals =2

Set in HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\SAP\EasyDMS\General (see SAP note #948254 about EasyDMS registry setting)

and copy several files from disk somewhere and then paste inside a folder in EasyDMS you will get a question if you want to put the files in the same DIR or create a DIR for each file.

Multiple upload of original is possible by selecting teh originals and then clicking on Check -in.

Sorry maybe I did not explained well what's my need.

I'm trying not to do the check-in of an orginal document, but to select more than one orginal document while I'm creating a DIR. After clicking the button "Open Original" in CV02N transaction, the system allows me only to choose a single document at a time to load in a DIR.

Is possible to make a multiple choise?

U can upload more thean one [N -Number] Original Files in to DIR.

Condition is U have configure in SPRO, TC DC10

or U can navigate, in SPRO>Cross application>Document management>control data>Define Document type

set flag 'Use Kpro.

Supose u did not select this option, the limitation of original application file only 2 u can upload in every DIR.
