DP80 - Quotation from service order

Hi, can anyone advise the following? I created a service order and tried to generate a quotation via DP80. However, there's system error which states that quotation cannot be created bcos there's no user status set to permit it. How do i set this user status to allow creation of quotation?

Hi Sagar, there's no 'Approved' status in the header status. Juz curious, what's the standard status profile i shd use for the such service order?

For Order with REL status, system will not create Quotation

Hi,

Kindly check for Service order

at header level or item level, status tab - check what is the obj status if it CRTD - created, make it Approved by selecting the raidio button.

Now save the order and try and post your feedback
