Enhancement in PZ03(Bank Details) for ESS

Hello all,

A quick question!

For Bank Details we are using SAP transaction PZ03 which is an easy web transaction for ESS.

I have had a quick look at whether it calls any user exits prior to the error of "bank does not exist - BF00 211" and it does not appear to.

We have a requirement to change the text of this error message and potentially the simplest method may be to change the SAP standard message "BF00 211" .However there may be an issue with people trying to find the bank where the err msg "Search was unsuccessful" comes up. That means we have to change text of another message “BF00 200”. Is there any another way around for changing the error text without changing the text in SE91 or modifying the main program?

The other option could be customizing of IACS??

Ahmad,

I prefer changing the message text in SE91 as it would be just a 'repair' & will not be registered as a modfication. Any other option would require a lot more effort & maintenance.
