need to know how to get print queue status and how to give print authorization..?

in addition to that plz get system monitoring tcodes...?

Hi,

Please check the following notes:

Note 119147 - Spool: Authorizations

Note 158487 - How can one user view the spool requests of other users?

And the System monitoring tcodes: SPAD, SP01 and SP02

Also, at OS(AIX) level you can use the command lpstat -p<printqueuename> to know the status of a print queue.
