Problem with font size when the output device is different is SAP scripts

Hi ,

When a PO is printed on P528JPRZ output device, the output looks fine and the announcement as well as the purchasing group information on lower left window is fine. However, when the same PO is printed on P528JP42 output device, the announcement is not formatted properly and the purchasing group info is missing.

The font size of the standard text is increasing when the output device is different.

can you please tell me why this is happening ?

Hi,

check the page format u given in script is maintained in the other device in SPAD, also compate the Format Types of both the devices. If u dont find any difference u contact ur basis team to find any difference..

Hi,

check the properties of both the devices in SPAD transaction, may be they are different.

if so, ask BASIS team to make them similar.
