Max No of Profiles in ECC6.0

Hi,

312 profiles are in 4.7EE and but how many number profiles in ECC 6.0.pls provide support doc if possible.

Hi ,

The maximum no. of profiles per user is still 312.You can refer to the sap note 410993 for details of the same.

Hi,

Maximum Profiles that can be assigned to any user is : 312 in ECC6.0 also. Table USR04 (Profile assignments for users) will provide you details on assigned profiles. This table contains both information on the change status of a user and also the list of the profile names that were assigned to the user.

You maight be right but, iam using ECC6, in the USR04 table i find that the NUMBR OF PROFILES OR AUTHORIZATIONS are maximum 3,578 and minimum 2 please find the details following.....and explain me .....

Actually the profile-user link is stored by naming all assigned profiles in the field PROFS in this table.

This field has a length of 3750 characters. If you devide that by 12 (profile name length) you get 312,5.

I do not know exactly what the numbers in the field NRPRO means...
