Solved: Migrate from BC 4.7 to XI 3.0

Hi

We have a requirement from one of the customer to migrate from Business Connector 4.7 to XI 3.0

Is there any standard way to migrate frm BC to XI? Kindly share any documents..

Hi,

there's one document:

but basically you can migrate your xslt mappings

only but you can reuse many interfaces

RFC (no qRFC in standard as it was with BC),

IDOC, http etc.

also no DSP pages so if have many DSP pages you have

to recreate them

Hi

My customer has BC and R/3 4.6C and he is planning to upgrade R/3 to ECC 6.0 (WAS 7.00) - Non-Unicode.

In that case, I need to replace BC with XI 3.0

However I understand that XI 3.0 can interace with UNICODE version of ECC 6.0..

Is this true??

What are the option have for BW and R/3 to interact each other after R/3 upgrade??
