where to set the deletion mark for DIR data (txn needed)

STEP INVOLVED:

1. cV02: MENU, DOCUMENT , SET DELETION FLAG

2. GO TO T-CODE: SE38

3. RUN THE PROGRAM: MCDOKDEL

4. SELECTED THE DOCUMENT TYPE

ONCE THE DELECTION FLAG IS SET FOR A PARTICULAR DOCUMENT TYPE, ALL THE DOCUMEMNTS OF THAT DOCUMNET TYPE SET FOR DELETION WILL BE DELEATED

CV02N, you will find tab, Deletion Flag, doubl click. thats, all.

Marked DIR will deleted, during run the delet prg in SE38.

Note:1. But u can block DIR + Object link document from Delet. fro this you have to set falg in DC10 define object linking, sest block from delet.

HI

fastest if its only one DIR would be to open the DIR in transaction CV02N.

Then you set deletion mark by double click on text Deletion Flag in section there you have the doc key.

Note: You can not set Delete flag if DIR is used in BOM or have a BOM, then they have to be deleted first.
