FS-CD activation

Hallo, guys,

I want to activate FS-CD and other Insurance solution on my ECC6.0 IDES. when I start transaction 'CD' or 'VYSPA', the system replies 'the transaction can not be executed' and 'Message no. SFW052' in more specification. I try to use SFW2 and found INS_FSCD. Should I select and activate it? How can I activate other modules such as FSCM? Hope your help. Thanks.
