Workflow issue....

Hi Gurus,

We are using extended classic and n step workflow(wfl_approve badi).

My issue is that , In some cases of SC/PO the approval shown in Portal is correct but when I check the same in BBP_PD there is a extra node for approver with agent as blank.In SWI1 and other W/F t codes the approver are showing in a correct order.

Due to this the approver after which this new blank line appears , is not able to approve as it keeps on running while approving.

Did any one have an idea of this.Any inputs is a welcome.

BBp_PD gives the correct information,

cross check with :SWI6,will be helpful for WF related issues related to SC/PO

The SRM version is SRM Server 5.5 and SRM 5 and support package 14.

The blank one is not coming on specific position but at any position in between..but in most cases seen at last.

what is the SRM release you are working on? and the support package level.

does the blank entry for agent come only at certain approver level? does it happens after the first approver? second approver? or does it keep on changing?

I think BBP_PD shows correct information. Please double check your BADI coding.
