Total Condition Value

Hi,

Can any one help me, how to pull entire condition value of condtion type for over a period of time for specific materials.

Let me explain me better here.

Condition type ZK01

Material :ABCDE

Period 01/01/2009 to 31/12/2009

Here I want to know total condition value of condition type ZK01 for the period of 01/01/2009 to 31/12/2009 to a specific material ABCDE.

Hello,

There are few possibilities to do that

1. You have to make a query over tables VBRK, VBRP and KONV

You can link KONV with other two tables via VBRK-KUNUMV and VBRP-POSNR.

You can filter:

- dates via VBRK

- materials via VBRP

- condition values via KONV

Works alwyas, but if you have a lot of data the report will be time consuming

2. Check your customizing if you have a subtotal assigned in the pricing procedure if so value shoud be in VBRP-KZWIx (depending which number you assigend). This will speed your report - you skip one join.

3. Check also your customizing if you have an accounting key assigned to the condtion you can find the value in FI in line items. By default material is transferred to FI documents.

Hi,

You can use standard price report for same. TA - V/LD . Enter price report based on your requirement,(price report 16 looks fine for your requirement).
