PGI on previous month

Hi Gurrus,

i am encountering a problem in one of my deliveries, actually the case is that two deliveries has to be made on June but by mistake user forgotten to Create the delivries, now it is 03 July.

if i do the PGI today all of june report will be out. because system will create the PGI on today's date.

let me tell you one thing that July period is not opened yet.

so please help me that how can I do the PGI on previous month.

If the June period is open, then while creating deliveries, under Item Overview tab, you can see a field "Actual GI Date". Maintain the required date here so that your inventory postings will be accounted for that period.

Hi,

On the first screen of delivery You can change posting date.

Field name is - "Actual GI date", when You change it for date in which period is open, system let You post this delivery.

Hi Shadab,

As Suggested enter the Acual GI date in item overview screen in VL02N, And do the PGI.
