Message no. XS834

Dear Dezso,

Now I am getting a different issue,while sending some external mails(solution manager-send objects with note)i am getting the following error,

"Message cannot be processed as it cannot be converted Message no. XS834",I can send the same mail to Internal Users not to the Internet Address.

Hello,

this is an other known issue. To send objects with note a configured ITS is requiered, as an object is converted to an ITS url, so it can be opened with one click from the Mailing client.

Please check SAP notes:

#530932 and

#880203.

I hope with the help of these you should be able to resolve the issue.

Hi Dezso,

I get 834 message for random email. My email will be triggered by an output type for shipment.

Some random messages fail to send in the background job but when reprocessed manually, they get sent.

Any idea on what the cause is....

I know this thread is almost 10 years old but still!
