we had implemented custum component and automatic team determination based on custum copoenent for our service desk operation in solution manager EHP1.
we had tested the functionality using SAP GUI and it works perfectly, but if we use BSP like dswp_create_msg or dswp_notif_new or dswpnotifcreate or webdynpro it could not able to determine the team automatically based on custum component what we had created in the table.The problem occurs only with custum component and not with the default components supplied by SAP.
anybody had experienced such a problem and if so your suggestion is highly appreciated.
