how can i correct this error? settlement rule is created but same error is displayed.

The distribution rule is something maintained by sales team, so better consult with your SD consultant or Team to solve this.

This error belongs to CO settlement, could you please provide in which TXn you are getting??

I think you have not maintained the receiver in distribution rule.
