When Iam raising the sales order at that time I also want to charge transportation cost to the particular material. Can you please help me to solve this problem.

Make tick to those conduction manual changes allowed and while order processing make that changes in sales order

Hi there,

How do you know how much would the transportation cost be before the shipment cost caluculation is done?

If the person who loads the SO knows about it before hand, then define a new manual condittion type ZTRN. In the pricing procedure select ZTRN as mandatory sothat it willnot allow you to save the doc unless it is manually maintained. When the person loads the SO, he will input the condition manually in SO sothat pricing in SO will include the transportation costs.

one way is create a new condition type for the transportation charges and include it in your pricing procdeure , maintain condition records for the same ,when you create a sales order with material ,based on the condition record you maintained

you can charge the transportation costs.
