Dear All,
acyually we have developed customised page format, assign
to page format into format and format assign to printer .
we have used that page format to smartform its working fine , print preview is coming but we are unable to take print
out because printer is not triggering. can any one help me ?.

1.check the printer you are printing
2.check the type of the field
3.check printer is working or not

Hi,
The process expalinf by you looks Perfect for adding a new Page Format to a printer.
First confirm the printer is working fine - Do print any report output to the printer. If you have problems there, Printer needs to Re-configured.

Thanks for ur reply .
We are able to take the printouts if i assigned standard format in the report but if i assigned the New page format then at the time to print out nothing is triggered . Even the same printer is configured for all the users and we are able to take the printouts from the same .
Please suggest if some other configuration is required .
