How to get Web Dynpro Component in BADI

I am implementing doc change badi and would like to know web dynpro component name in order to tie my custom messages to that component. Any help would be appreciated.

Hi GSM,

I implemented BADI (BBP_AUTHORITY_CHECK) for authorization check, Inside badi, i need to validate based on the Web Dynpro component name, would you please let me know, how to get the Web Dynpro component name in BADI.

To make question more clear I am issuing a message from a BADI and this message should show up on web dynpro component. I need to know inside BADI which web dynpro component is calling this BADI? Hope my question is clear now.

hi,

simply used the where used list for that badi and select the desired area where you want to perform the search.

this will give the list where the badi is being used.
