ABAP/4 processor: SAPSQL_ARRAY_INSERT_DUPREC

Hi all,

I am creating sales order with reference to Sales Contract while saving sales order system generating sales document number but the movement i am going to change mode of sales order VA02 system displaying message Update document was terminated

while going to sap in box system displaying message

Transaction.. VA01

Update key... 308066DE23FCF160B8E5005056BC2D33

Generated.... 01.07.2009, 16:47:41

Completed.... 01.07.2009, 16:47:41

Error Info... 00 671: ABAP/4 processor: SAPSQL_ARRAY_INSERT_DUPREC

Could any one guide me how to resolve this issue
