FB03 shows not-archived data as well?

Gurus:

I used tell FI users to use FB03 to display archived documents.

However today I find out that even a system never did FI_DOCUMNT archiving, I can still use FB03 to view documents.

Therefore since FB03 can show both archived and not-archived documents, how to tell the listed documents are

archived ot not-archived?

FB03 is used to Display FI documents in general

You'll know that the document is archived because you get a green visual alert on the bottom of the screen saying that the documents is archived when you call it as far as I remember.
