9ASNPBAS & 9ASNPSA in one single MPOS

Need help from your experience for following.

We are currently implmenting SNP heuristics, Our Planning area is based on 9ASNPBAS object structure. We have a new requirement to implement APO Scheduling agreement processing as part of the process.

As I understand, We need to use a planning area that is built on 9ASNPSA to process Scheduling agreements.

My question is:

1) Is it ok to build a custom MPOS which can have the characteristics or 9ASNPBAS & 9ASNPSA?

2) Will SCM support having both functionalities in one single plannign area?

3) Will there be any conflicts?

1) Is it ok to build a custom MPOS which can have the characteristics or 9ASNPBAS & 9ASNPSA?

You can build and use your own customised MPOS but you need to ensure that all scheduling agreement related characteristics and key figures are taken into account for planning.

2) Will SCM support having both functionalities in one single plannign area?

You can use it but ensure that all navigation attributes are taken care properly and tick mark to be put in SNP scheduling agreement while creating the custom MPOS

3) Will there be any conflicts?

Conflicts will not arise if all characteristics and key figures are maintained & taken care as that of 9ASNPSA.
