Dear All,

I am facing a problem. kindly help out

When we book sales order, one particular condition type say ZA03 condition rate and condition value is set to zero. However there are condition records for the same valid on pricing date. and when we check through Pricing analysis it says ZA03 condition record found and complete.

Hi ,

Go to Pricing procedure configuration. TA - V/08 . Check for your condition type, if any calculation routine (under "alternative calculation type") is active than check the routine logic. Check especially if this routine is customized one.

Hi,

Can you please tell what Item Category is getting determined in your Sales order?

Dear Madhukar,

Item Category is determined. Basic prices, taxes are all determined. Only one discount condition type is giving problem. As mentioned in analysis it is displayed as condition record found and complete

Hi Madhu,

Can you check "calculation type" in the customizing of condition type as well. If it is quantity based and scales are active than check if your master record has any scale based values. Also check any scale based formula in same transaction.

Also check your requirement type routine in pricing procedure configuration. Certain routines like "23" will show record only at the time of billing.

If everything is correct than please tell what kind of condition type you are using ??

Hi ,

If it a discount type condition than check in your pricing procedure customizing, to what value you are giving discount.

For eg : If you are giving discount on gross price than you have to assign step no of Gross prise type in "FROM" field on ZA03.

Can you plz double click the Condition Type in the Sales Order. Here you will find the Control Data.Just check the Condition Control & Control Origin.

Have you performed an analysis for this condition and check the access sequence?

Hase the condition recrd been marked for deletion ?

Check and then get back

Dear Javaid.

All the analysis done with respect to this. No condition records are marked for deletion. All the accesses are rightly determined.
