Database analyzer data not found

Hello folks!

i have a question regarding my Maxdb 7.6. I found in DB50 - DB analyzer -Bottlenecks or ExpertAnalysis, some date of the measurement data is not there. For example I can see the data from June 1 to 15 and June 17 to 20 but June 16 data is missing. Any idea why it is not showing the June 16 data?

-> I recommend you to create the SAP ticket, so we could login via OSS to your system & check the status of the problems.

-> Please post the version of your system, the current SAP basis SP number, the DB analyzer version.

Please check in analyzer directory located in RUNDIRECTORY on the database server, if you have the subdirectory 20090616.

Post the output of the commands, if the database is running on UNIX/Linux server :

ls -l <RUNDIRECTORY>/analyzer | grep 20090616

ls -l <RUNDIRECTORY>/analyzer/20090616

-> Check errors in dbm.prt, DBAN.err < <RUNDIRECTORY>/analyzer >.

May be DB analyzer was not running on 06/16
