Actual cost

Hi all,

Initially we create network xxx and activities 0010,0020,0030

Create PO AMT 44000 then do the GR /MIRO for 24000 amt My PO Still to be open for 20000 AMT

My requirement is that We change project structure YYY and activity 0050

How to transfer actual cosumed cost 24000 AMT from existing Network and activity to new assigned PROJECT/NETWORK ?

Hi,

Use Transaction KB11N and use the screen variant WBS/Network.

Enter the Old network activity which is to send the costs and new which is going to receive the costs with the same cost element where the cost is already incurred.
