Problem with SRM Limit orders. Final Entry tick

Hi All,

When a limit order is locked by ticking the 'no further confirmations' tick, then the shopper reverses this by taking out the tick, the order is then available for more goods receipts to be done.

However, when the other order is locked by ticking the 'Last delivery' tick in a confirmation on a limit order, it populates the 'no further confirmations' box in the SRM Purchase Order.

But - if the 'no further confirmations' tick is taken out, it does not allow any further confirmations. get message 'not possible to enter services (final entry indicator set)'

It does not seem consistent that it works one way but not the other.

Therefore we would expect to be able to do further confirmations if the tick is taken out of the 'no further confirmations' box.

Hi,

Have you created a confirmation with last delivery ticked for this PO. Cancel this confirmation and again try creating new confirmation, it works. This is a workaround only as it should work as you stated earlier by removing the tick from PO. probably a bug.

We are using SRM 5.0, and we dont want to cancel confirmation.

In the limit/service order, when no more confirmation is required we can check u2018No further confirmationu2019 required in the SRM PO, and in future if requirement arises for the same PO, we can remove no further confirmation from the PO and do the further confirmation successfully.

In other way, if we check u2018Last deliveryu2019 indicator in confirmation, subsequently it Populates u2018No further confirmationu2019 indicator check in the purchase order, but if requirement arises again and If I uncheck no further confirmation in the PO which is not removing u2018Last deliveryu2019 indicator from confirmation. The order is not available to enter more confirmation - get message 'not possible to enter services (final entry indicator set)'.

Therefore we would expect to be able to do further confirmations. If we uncheck the 'no further confirmations' box subsequently the 'Last delivery' check should also be removed from confirmation.

Please look into this.
