Hello SRM Gurus..
I have to configure/create the org plan in the SRM system.
I am created as the user in the SRM system with Admin Roles.
How to start with this?
can any one please give me a step by step guide for creating the org plan and assign myself in the orgplan,so that i will be able to create a simple Shopping Cart.
I will be using the Classic scenario in SRM 5.0 with the backend objects like co.cd,plants, locations etc.
Thanks & Regards
Arshad
Create an org str with root. The comp code below... the purch org and purch grp below that.. Assign the backend IDs at each level after that As your reqt create users in SRM or R/3 and assign in the org structure.
After that assign the attributes..
These are just the min steps

output -bp will be created for all integrated user and available in respective organisation structure.

BP Category Three types PERSON, ORGANIZATION and GROUP.
BP role Category like SOLD TO PARTY , SHIP TO PARTY , PAYER
1.Natural person(Private Individual)
2.Group(e.g.married couple , shared living arrangement)
3.Organization(e.g.Company , department in a company , club , association)
Central person's are created automatically when the user is assigned to the
organizaion structure, we can't create central person manually, This is a new concept in SRM since v5.
Previously it used to be user.
I hope this helps.

I guess all the ALE settings can be done by your Basis guy's.
All the above are config steps.
However you will have create the org plan manually via PPOME in R/3 and then replicate it to SRM via PFAL or scheduling a bckgrnd job. Once the Org plan is replicated to SRM you will have maintain the relevant attributes etc.
Hope it helps, not sure if this will you, do you have any HR person with you? Maybe they can hlp u as well.
All the best
