Hi Gurus,
Is it possible to edit a Support Msg (SLFN) which is in CLOSED status? If so, how?

Hi,
Pls change ur status profile which is assigned to your SLFN transaction type
goto spro here look for the Status Profile inside service desk
Make the settings for Status closed like other editable status so that it can be edited...
Note : Dont do this in your production system landscape.
