error during project release?

Dear PS experts,

I have created project quotation using dp82,

while release the project the following error is coming and project is releasing

pl help in giving solution how to release

Diagnosis

The settlement profile used requires you to define a distribution rule for Sales document item. For period 004 2009, however, you have not created a distribution rule for Sales document item.

Procedure

Create a distribution rule for Sales document item without a validity limit, because, if the distribution rule does have a validity limit, the system always issues this message in the period following the last valid period.

You can also use a different settlement profile that does not require such a distribution rule, or change the settlement rule used.

Hi,

Goto Settlement profile that you have used for your sale order and allow valid receivers as 'SETTLEMENT OPTIONAL' you should not make it 'SETTLEMENT REQUIRED'.

If incase no receiver is allowed in the profile you are using then allow respective receivers as mentioned in the default object type field atleast in the valid receivers screen as mentioned above.
