Procurement Plant (Purchse Req) extract

Hi,

I have got a Plant and vendor location in my supply chain.

The demand is at the plant location and Purchase requisition are generated for the Plant with te vendor at the source location using CTM.

I want to extract this Procurement plan for the vendor with following details:

Product

Plant

Vendor

Quantity

Start Date

Deliver Date

I have tried using BAPI "lBAPI_POSRVAPS_GETLIST3" ro extract the procurement order, but I am not able to get the delivery date.

Can you please guide me if I am missing some link or with any other alternate method to extract the procurement Plan.

Hi Sanjog,

You can execute transaction /sapapo/rrp1 and extract your required information.

This transaction is user friendly and very simple to extract.

Hope this will resolve your query.
