Hello ! SAP Experts,

I have an issue in billing document. When ever I save the billing document, one error is coming *" No. Range 01 not assigned to RF_BELEG"

I tried to Enter 01 Through FBN1 but system giving an error "use no range without overlaping" I have tried with the diffrent nombers within the nomber range.Even till the year 2004 I can enter but after 2004 cant enter due this error. But in other comp codes there is no error for the year 2009 as well.

Please put some light on this issue.

Thanks in advance.

Go to TCode SNUM, input Object "RF_BELEG" and click on Number Range. Key in Company Code and execute. There maintain the number range and save.

thanks

Hi Pankaj,

Please check in FBN1 that the number range intervals defined already in the system for that year and then create the Number range interval which does not fall within any of the intervals defined already.

Hi,

Ok then please go to OBH2 instead FBN1 and copy the number range from last fiscal year to this.

Please try this and post feedback.

Thanks,

Raja

Hi Pankaj

After seeing your multiple question and answer I see that the number range you are maintaing for

serial no 01 falls under the different serial no. You carefully check that the number range maintaining for this

serial number should not fall under any other number range . Hope I am clear to you. If still problem persist

please post.

Thanks

Sushant
