Could you please tell us exactly when you are getting this error?

Please check from SE14-->Extras--->Invalid tempt table.

If there are invalid tamp tables please take action according to

Note 62617 - ORA-1631 when converting a pool or cluster table

Note 97220 - ORA-1631 during conversion to transparent table

Please also check if you are getting any dump at the same time fromST22.

se14 but didin't find any tempt table , any other option to resolve , because our dump is increasing minuteby minute .

The message you posted is from SM21? Check if you are getting short dump in ST22.

You can also chek if there is problem with maxextents

in https://metalink.oracle.com Doc ID 152475.1

you can also check SAP Note 3502 - ORACLE Version 6 : ORA1556, Version 7 : ORA1631

Please provide more information of your system,OS, database version.

Please paste your log from ORACLE_HOME/saptrace/background/alert_<SID>.log file

actaully i have extent the " extend " value from 300 to 500 .
