Print screen is not coming in one client of the system

Hi Everyone,

A peculiar problem which I am seeing in my SAP R3 4.6 C system which is related to Printing.

When I issue Print in CLient 000 of System It prompts for User Parameters immediately (i.e. Select Printer)

whereas on the other hand when the same I do in CLient 200 of the same system It get into hung state.

& then nothing happen .

We have one spool workprocess .

HI,

First check the print parmeters, and the User Parameters which one you are using for the print.

and increase the spool work processes.

Before increasing spool check hardware printer installed ??if it installed check spool log

is any error log.

What is the spool status whn it hung

Increase the number of spool work process.
