Hi Please follow this .

goto SR13 -->PlainHTML File

Then you need to enter the following details.

SAPHELP WN32 IWBHELP <Path where help is kept> EN

Path should be such that you when enter on browser you could reach to it.

Like C:\ECC6.0SW\50094515\PLAINHTM\Helpdata you dont need to give EN at the end.

Hi ,

Just login then System and goto Help in the menu --> Appliction Help.

If it gets opened then this means its working fine.

Just Click on then CD of help in then Windows System and then Right Click and then Share.Share it for All.

Best way is thst you have the Language DVD on a place where all the users have Access.

Hi,

Please keep the DVD on a place so that all users can access(some shared drive which all user are accessing and then give the path of that location in Sr13).i think then Drive is still not Shared.

Please try this
gurntv021\c\ecc.......

Thanks

i have given \gurntv021\c:\ecc.......

This is an invalid path... You should have this DVD either copied or located in a drive from where it can be readed.

Path should be
<hostname>\<shared_resource>\<path>

As explain before you need to share that path...

Example if you directory structure is C:\ECC6.0SW\50094515\PLAINHTM you can share the directory PLAINHTM so you configure
<server_host>\PLAINHTM so you can access the network path while accessing the files remotely... this is a basic networking principle.
