How send and receive XML file from PI 7.0 via SSL

Can you point to some documentation , examples , links where I can get some information on how to send and receive XML files using PI 7.0 via SSL ?

I assume you want to use the HTTP Adapter.

Not sure about blogs etc on this but it is all documented in SAP Help.

If using HTTP Adapter for a comms channel you can use the Addressing type of URL or HTTP. I actually prefer to use Addressing type of HTTP - this requires set up via XI ABAP transx SM59 as I find it provides more control over its setup and operation than URL option - you can also test it independantly of the comms channel particulary when you are initally setting up the SSL certs via the XI ABAP transx STRUST transaction.

How about using the SOAP adapter with HTTPS option ?
