Hi Experts,

I have WBS/Network and activities.

When I conform one of the activity and schedule the activity Earliest scheduled start doesn't replaced by Actual date.

But Earliest scheduled start did get replace by actual date when you do schedule by selecting network or Project defn.

Is there a way to keep the Earliest scheduled start unchanged?

Hi

This is std functionality of SAP when you are scheduling the WBS element or network order subsequently the activity also get schedule. Because the activity assigned to the network order.

So you cant stop Earliest scheduled start change in activity.

If the activities are in PCNF( partially confirmed), u can restrict the system to copy the actual start date to earliest start date by using shift order function. But if it is fully confirmed u cannot restrict it. the system will use actual dates during next scheduling run.
