Delete shopping cart

Hello all, I am working SRM 4.0 please can anybody tell me who can delete a SC approved and no follow on documents generated?

Administrator, SC creator, who?

Hi

Oh great. Fortunate too..Approved but no follow on created. you can delete the cart via Monitoring card shopping cart or check status.

via check status

Once you have found the required shopping cart, you can then carry out the following activities:

· (Details): You can display shopping cart details

· (Print Preview): You can print the shopping cart

· (Delete): You can delete the shopping cart.

· (Expand): You can display the individual items

Hello Muthu, yes! I know about these options but who can delete SC? Employee, SC creator, administrator? who?

Upon your business ..

for eg. u created a cart and it is awaiting for approval and now you feel that you dont want that material to procure as of now.

so you can delete the cart.

What is the profile (Role) required to User, delete SC (SC which are created by Shoppers or others).

Hi,

Role SAP_EC_BBP_EMPLOYEE should required to the user to create SC , Change and Delete.

Role containts the Activity : Create or generate, Change, Display, Print, edit messages, Delete Of Shopping cart

Role SAP_EC_BBP_ADMINISTRATOR can delete the shopping carts created by all shoppers.
