suddenly stats not running in my system.

Hi ,
probably you will have to run DB statistics and also check SM37 jobs entries and SM21,ST22 error status.
you can update them if you find.
you can ask your database administrator to run DB statistics also check any tablespaces or drive full.
incase of unix, check for the directory space.

Can you please check OScollector status in ST06 transaction.
you can check start from os level SAPOSCOL.

check DB13, also check at Os level in directory /oracle/[SID]/sapcheck

Can you please let us know where you are trying to run stats from?
From db13? Can you please check in SM37 for job log for all DBA* jobs.
