Q1, i have one column name "On Hand" in Item List Table means Quantities that r present in Inventory...so plz any one of you tell me where should i map these field when i importing data from excel..

bcz of these lot of prob come..

Q2, when u see the List of items in SAP Business one it shows u 3 field ..Item no, Item desc & Instock...

for the InStock field how we Insert the data in it?

Both questions r related...may be any one of u know the solution?

Hi Pankaj,

If i understand this correctly, what you need to do when you import your Items with excel is use the Item in DTW with Item Warehouse. So you need to import 2 files.

In item warehouse file you specify these

RecordKey : is your RecordKey of your Item in the Item file

WarehouseCode : the one you created in SBO

StandardAveragePrice : your item price

InStock : your qty on hand you want to transfer

DTW will then transfer all your items with the warehouse info.
