Issue in Billing output type

Hi All,

My requirement is issue the output for billing document, for this I have added the 'ZRE' out put type in header->output , here I have added the output type after saving the application , it is saying the application document saved , again I re entered into that document the output type is not appear in the list,

In some cases if already added the out put which is in Yellow color , again I pressed the repeat output also it is not appearing.

This is happens for some documents for examples tarts with 4100000

For some documents starts with 99... I can be able to add the output type

If I directly execute the RSNAST00 program with input v3, ZRE, MEDUM = 5

it is giving the error "admitab does not match with archive" this is standard error,

For this error I have debugged the program, after that I found the cause is,

If we don't specify the objky in input, it is taking some document which was access previously

Based on this objky it is searching for the reference document i.e sales order.

But for the sales order it is searching in EKKo, obviously it is failed, then it is searching in archive data by using the standard function module,

in that function module it is getting the reference document by using the condition GE sales order.

Then searching the record in al11 file , but due to not maintained the archive file in all , it is not able to open file

Then it is giving the error like "adimtab does not match with archive".

My doubt is why it is searching for archive data?

And why it is not appearing in output list?

My problem got solved, with deletion of Archieve data.
