Underlying tables

Hi all,

I have a basic doubt. We have a cube 0crm_c04 which is opportunities cube in CRM. When i go to the help documentation it lists out infosources and the information about the queries .I know that we load the data into cube from header data source and item data source based on the requirement.

But prior to loading data i would be interested to find out the underlying tables and the fields it supports.how can i view them. Pls correct me if i am understanding wrong.

Sometime you may like to read this blog by Roberto. It talks about understanding the tables that data comes from and how to look at this info for different datasources:

Hi PK,

Here is the info for the datasources. You can see the fields and the tables the info is being extracted from (in CRM)

No big secret If you look at the left hand tree in the Search page, there is a node for Datasources...you can find this info there. Usually they (SAP help) will have a link to the datasource from the InfoSource page.

I also knew this as I have worked with these datasources...
