Workflows in Webdynpro ABAP

Are there any workflows in webdynpro similar to ABAP workflow?.

Hi Sarath,

similarly we can integrate webdynpro abap with workflow like workflow integration with abap using FM's.

But Webdynpro abap is mostly follows the OOP's coding.

So, SAP Introduced different ways framework for using workflow which follows oop's like below.

1)Calling through some standard classes ( SRM,CRM,SLCM ...modules )

2)BRF,BRF+ ( business rule framework ) ( CRM )

3)BOPF ( Business object Process Framework )

Workflow is common for ABAP and Web Dynpro ABAP.

we can create workflows for the web dynpro ABAP developments.

So how does the inbox looks like in webdynpro ABAP. Any pointers to documents available.

The workitems will be placed in SAP Business Workplace only, there is no separate Inbox.

Please search for the 'UWL' term anywhere. Universal Work List is the place, where you can manage your inbox from SAP Portal.

Hi ,

You can call ABAP workflows from webdynpro using the Function Module SAP_WAPI_START_WORKFLOW.

There is no different workflow for Wedbynrpo as such. Guided Procedures can be used if working with Portals.

I didn't get your question clearly.Workflow is nothing but automate the process.In WebDynpro ABAP we have Concept of FPM(FLoor plan Manager) which gives Step by Step process.
