Delete test messages from service desk

Hi All ,

Please advise , Can we re initialize No. range assigned in service desk or charm ticket .

Suppose while implementation we create so many service desk ticket and it already occupied no. range. Now I want to start no. range from 00000000001 . so how can I do this ? is it require to delete msg as describe in

.

Hi,

Goto se38 and run the report CRM_ORDER_DELETE.

Enter the ticket no which you want to delete

Note : The CRM_ORDER_DELETE report will delete only the header data.

Hi,

Use the program CRM_ARC_SERORD_DELETE to delete the messages.

Hi,

Also u can reset it to new no range.

Goto SNUM -> give the object (CRM_SERVIC) -> NUMBER RANGES

Here you can define new no ranges(internal & external).

Provide the same number range for Transaction Type in SPRO ...
