When i'm connect to the VA, in services>sld data supplier the CIM test is successful.

The first line of the error "Value must not be null".

Where could i fixe it ?

Thanks for your attention.

Complement of the previous error :

ERROR com.sap.lcr.sagent.BridgeCommunicationHTTP: Can't send data to http://aldesitg.aldes.local:8001 sld/active: 401 Unauthorized

The user and password you use to bridge your data to the SLD

my user and pass for the bridge is SLDBRIDGE with the role sap_sld_...

is it normal ? should i have something else ?

Try your j2ee_admin user.

See if it gives the same error.

Or SLDDSUSER, should be fine too.

I change in J2ee_admin in my sld>data suppliers.

I'm waiting the logs and make you a feedback

Can you login to your sld using the j2ee_admin user?

And when you logon to visual administrator, services - sld data supplier.

Is everything there configured well?

Did you go through all the steps in transaction SOLMAN_SETUP?

Maybe that'll provide a solution.

Also, looking at the url provided in the error...... I'd expect the SLD to be reached at port 5<Instance number>00 in stead of 8001.

When you go to tx SMSY_SETUP, are you able to schedule the LANDSCAPE_FETCH job?

With other words, is SolMan able to connect to the SLD?

no, we had a problem in the solman_setup.

At the end, int he managed system configuration, we had a problem with the willy introscope :

code 404

WebView cannot be launched from the Solution Manager Diagnostics host via the URL 'http://aldesitg.aldes.local:50100/webview'. Result status code is '404'. Please navigate, as admin user, to Diagnostics Setup - Diagnostics System - Advanced Setup - Wily & NWA, and check the connection parameters that should point to the Introscope Enterprise Manager system.

The Introscope Workstation cannot be launched from the Diagnostics host via the URL 'http://aldesitg.aldes.local:50100/workstation'. Result status code is '404'. Please go to Diagnostics Setup, Diagnostics System, Advanced Setup, Wily & NWA, and check the connection parameters that should point to the Introscope Enterprise Manager system.

We had also a problem with a librairy : sapcryptolib.so . We haven't it for https.

I don't know if those problem are connected.

Thanks for your help !

But in TA smsy_setup , i can schedule the job and the port is in 50100

Former Member

nope, those are wily issues.

Not really related to SLD.

Sorry ,

but willy as problem with the SMD and not the SLD...

And the job runs without issues.....

Hmm.... why is it trying to connect to 8001....when it should try and connect to 50100?

Is your SLD bridging to another SLD or getting it's data from another SLD (PI/XI maybe)

I had try to add an sld in the data supplier of the sld using the port 50100 but the problem is still present.

Not authorized to send data to address:50100 or address:8001

The problem is not about the port, but it's to be available. When i check my permission about the user J2ee_admin, i put a lot of permission and roles for the SLD (SAP_SLD_administrator etc)

Really don't know...

So besides the SLD of the SolMan you have no other SLD's?

If so, remove all entries in SLD in administration - data suppliers.

Yes, i have no other SLD besides the solman SLD.

In this part "sld data supplier", your put an SLD if you had a new one, is it ?

Between the sld and solman, i have just to configure the access by solman, but no specification on the sld to solman ?

thanks

For connection to SolMan you don't have to configure anything on the SLD.

Only the other way around.
