Reactivation of BC Sets.

Hello All,

I am working with the Service desk Scenario and realise that the Service Desk Contract "SLFV" and the item category "SOL4" are missing from SPRO. I am unable to find them. I had activated the below mentioned BC Sets and done some basic configuration with SLFN.

I have activated:

SOLMAN_40_SDESK_TPI_ACT_001

SOLMAN_40_SDESK_ACTIONLOG_001

SOLMAN_40_SDESK_ACT_ADVCLOSE_001

SOLMAN_40_SDESK_TEXTTYPES_001

Have I missed anything else.

I also see the BC sets:

BC set name | Description

SOLMAN40_SDESK_STD_SLFN | Basic Configuration ByD Transaction Type SLFN

SOLMAN40_SDESK_BASICFUNC_SP18 | Service Desk Standard Extensions SP18

SOLMAN40_SDESK_DNO_NOTIF | Solution Manager 4.0 Service Desk: AP. SLFN0001_STANDARD_DNO

SOLMAN40_SDESK_BASICFUNC_000 | Solution Manager 4.0: Service Desk: (Initial Customizing)

SOLMAN40_SDESK_BASICFUNC_002 | Solution Manager 4.0: Service Desk: (Customizing Correction)

Do I need to activate these as well. What is the impact of activating these BC sets now?

Will my previous configurations be overwritten ?

Hello,

I have tried doing this and have reactivated the BC sets.

My previous configurations on SLFN Transaction type got overwirtten.

Also, found out that I was missing a BC set: SOLMAN40_SDESK_SLFV

Activated this BC set and found the contract "SLFV" and Item category " SOL3" in the list afterwards.
