Purchase Requisition monitoring using BPM?

The issue is as follows:

We want to trigger an alert when a purchase requisition remains open for 5 days.

How can we achieve this using solman?

Process:

1. Create Purchase Requisition (PR)

2. Release PR

3. Create Purchase Order (PO) from PR

I have defined the process steps (the std Procurement scenario from BPR) but it only talks about performance monitoring, bkg jobs, update errors etc.

I just want to be alerted when the released PR is open for 5 days

Note:

I am sure there are reports in ERP to check this but how do I generate the alert in solman?

Would greatly appreciate the help.

On selecting the relevant key figure, just double-click on the counter and you can enter the 'X' no days after which you want to be alerted.
