Maintaining Conditions area wise

Hi all,

One of our client want to maintain Freight condition area wise. Now the issue is that they have more than 100 regions so its not feasible to maintain rates manually. Is there any such functionality available in SAP to change area wise rates in one go?

Hi AI,

If I understand your reqmnt correctly--you want to charge freight based on the area the goods are shipped to..

1) create a new cond type(if not already there) with a key combination by copying KF00: Incoterms/Region or City of Ship To or some field.

This will ensure standardization and easy maintenance.

there is no way I can think of changing all at one shot..
