Printing Image using Smart forms

Hi,

I got a problem while Printing Images using smartforms. When iam Printing using my locl Printer it is working fine. But when printing using Client Place Printer Image Page is Blacked out. It is showing correctly in Print Preview. Iam not able to find out what is the problem . Is it related to Printer settings?

Could you Please help to solve this Issue

Hi,

Yes. It is the printer issue at the client place.Please ask the client to contact local incharge for the printer to correct.

May be the workaround is that client also uses LOCL for printing.
