structural authorization for PD (qualifications)

Hello HR security experts

I need to create a structural authorization profile that will allow managers to:

1. assign ANY qualifications to people (using PA30 and infotype 24) and

2. create qualifications only under a SPECIFIC qualification group (say Q1234).

issue is that I cannot find a profile to satisfy both requirements in the same time. can someone propose a good profile for that?

I created a profile with:

object type=QK

objectid= Q1234

Maint=YES

Eval path=QUALCATA

this profile meets requirement 2, but does not meet requirement 1 ( I can assign only Q1234 to people, but not other qualifications).

I added to the profile the following row:

object type=Q

objectid= 0

Maint=YES

Eval path=P_NACH_Q

now my requirement1 is met, but requirement2 is not met (I can create qualifications under any qualification group, not just under qualification group Q1234)

Have you been able to solve this.

I am having the same issue but a sligh change.

I have been able to restrict the creation of Q's in a Particular Qualification Group.

I can also create different quals and assign it to Position and People.

But I am unable to restrict the users on changing a qualification that is defined outside a qualification group.

Please advise.
