Create SC externally

Hi all,

Im working on SRM 7.0.Im trying to create a SC externally using the FM "BBP_PD_SC_CREATE".

However,I get the following error :

BUFFER TABLE NOT UP-TO-DATE.

PLease let me know what Im doing wrong.
