Hi,

Your best bet would be to transport them from R/3 to CRM. That is the easiest way. Otherwise, you will have manually copy them and doing that for 60 will be painful.

You mean to say isit BASIS people job?

Yes, they can create transport route . with R/3 and CRM system . They even can move object at OS level . You can confirm your transport route from Tr. STMS

Thanks

Yes, usually its done by the BASIS team or a separate team which is responsbile for tranporting requests. You will have tell them the list of tr. requests associated with the request and probably will have to release them, depending on the process in your organization.

Ravi

Hi,

Well standard functions should be existing in all the systems, so why do you want to copy / transport them?

You can start a new thread on this.

HI,

Actually there are some Z FMs in R/3.SO These all Z FMs should bring to CRM System.and then in CRM System all these Z FMs need to be remote enabled.

So For that i need better way to bring all FMs to CRM system. Is there any import / export options with FMs

Or is there any other way other than transporting them?

Thanks in Advance.

Hi,

You dont need to transport standard fm as they are already existing in all systems. Its the custom develpment which is transported.

Hello Jak,

Ur best bet would be to make the Z FM remote enable in the current system and then create a transport which u can move to the CRM system. Once they are in the CRM system u will not be able to change them as the objects are not fromthe CRM system and owner is other system. So whatever mechanism u chose ensure they are RFC enabled before they leave the development system.
